Student Skills for Success: A Networking Session for Faculty, Students, and Employers
“Student Skills for Success” is a facilitated discussion on skills, such as teamwork, problem-solving, and ethics, which are needed for success in the study and practice of chemistry. The discussion will be preceded by a short networking session, and refreshments will be served.
When: Friday, October 4, 2013, 3:30-5:30 p.m. (PDT)
Where: 44th ACS Western Regional Meeting (WRM), Ballroom E, Hyatt Regency

|Chemical professionals from industry and government||
|Chemistry faculty from two- and four-year institutions||
|Chemistry students and recent graduates||
Participation is free, but open only to WRM conference participants. If you have registered for WRM, register online for "Student Skills for Success" by Friday, September 20, 2013. Students may choose to receive free business cards to use at the event.
