Interning gives students a real-world work experience. At Air Products, the student will have an opportunity to work directly with engineers.
Assignments vary in scope and are assigned by area of discipline. The intern will be placed with Manufacturing and Operation engineers involved in all phases of an operating plant, including but not limited to quality assurance, production, project engineering, safety compliance, and continuous improvement.
Interns receive a written end-of-assignment evaluation form from their managers providing feedback on the following core competencies: leadership ability, communication skills, technical competency, administrative (i.e. time management, pc skills), strongest attributes, and areas for development.
