Interns will develop a basic understanding of assigned operating area and complete various assignments with coaching from project mentors. Potential projects include:
- Design and analysis of laboratory and field experiments
- Statistical analysis of operating and quality data
- Troubleshooting operating problems with operations and technical resources
- Providing technical support for field or raw materials tests
- Applying chemical engineering principles (material balances, fluid flow, thermodynamics, material science) in small project design
