Start an ACS ChemClub
Why Start an ACS ChemClub?
The ACS ChemClub gives high school students a unique opportunity to experience chemistry beyond the classroom. Students engage in activities that enhance their understanding of the science, get them involved in the community, and help them better appreciate how chemistry plays a role in our everyday lives.
Plus, it’s fun and free!
How to Start a Club
1. Determine interest
Talk to students and administrators at your school. It doesn't take many students to start an enthusiastic club!
2. Learn what's involved
The ACS ChemClub Handbook is your guide to starting a club. Gain support from school administrators, learn about other ACS programs, explore activities from previous ChemClub resource packets, and so much more!
If you have questions or would like more information about this program, please contact us at HSChemClubs@acs.org.
