Organizing an event during the 248th ACS National Meeting & Exposition in San Francisco?  The following resources will help ACS divisions, committees, exhibitors and staff to arrange events for the meeting.

Important Notices

  • VEMS. For all late meeting requests, please fill out the meeting room requests forms below and e-mail them to VEMShelp@acs.org as soon as possible.
  • A $200 late fee will be applied to all requests received after April 25, 2014. The late fee will appear on the final confirmation. If you have any questions regarding this fee, please contact Vanessa Johnson-Evans at 202-872-4553.

Exhibitor Forms

Social Event Request. Use this form to request that ACS arrange a social event OR to publicize your pre-arranged event.

Workshop Request. Use this form to arrange a workshop that is not part of the technical program and/or requires separate fees from ACS National Meeting registration.
