Important National Meeting Registration Process Changes
You will require an ACS-ID to register for the national meeting. Further details regarding the process are available here.
U.S. residents who register prior to June 29, 2014 will receive their badge credentials by mail before the meeting. International registrants must pick up their badge credentials at ACS Attendee Registration.
Register for the Fall 2014 National Meeting (San Francisco) for an opportunity to interact with chemical scientists from around the world! Registration gives you access to a wide range of programming, including:
- Technical sessions
- Poster sessions
- Special lectures and events*
- Award presentations

Standard & On-Site Registration
Attendees who register after June 29, 2014 must pick up their badge credentials on-site.
On-site Registration Hours of Operation at the Moscone Center – North Upper Lobby.
Register during the meeting at ACS Attendee Registration at standard registration rates.
Saturday, August 9 – 3pm – 6pm
Sunday, August 10 – 7:30am – 7:30pm
Monday, August 11 – 7:30am – 9pm
Tuesday, August 12 – 7:30am – 5pm
Wednesday, August 13 – 7:30am – 4pm
Thursday, August 14 – 7:30am -1pm
Attendees can modify their existing registration, add social events, and generate a receipt from the Registration Resource Center available in June 2014.
Methods of Registration
All registrants will receive a confirmation via the original method of registration.
Internet: You will be able to register online until August 14, 2014. A valid credit card is required to register online, and online registrations are real-time transactions.
Telephone: Call the ACS National Meeting Registration Center by August 8, 2014 at (800) 251-8629 (U.S./Canada only) or (508) 743-0192 (international), Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM EST.
Fax/Mail: Submit the registration form by fax: (508) 743-9605 or mail: ACS Registration, c/o CDS, 107 Waterhouse Rd., Bourne, MA 02532. Mailed registrations will be accepted until August 8, 2014.
Registration fees can be paid by check, money order, credit card (American Express, Discover, MasterCard, or VISA), or bank wire transfer. Make checks payable in U.S. dollars to the American Chemical Society, and include a completed registration form with each payment. Registration fees should not be combined with any other payment (such as membership dues). Purchase orders and training requests are not accepted. For wire transfer payments, contact the ACS Finance Department at (202) 872-6106 or email firstname.lastname@example.org. Registration forms received without payment will not be processed.
