What's New in the 2013 FORMS Annual Report

  • Updated information to clarify the submission process in FORMS.  The process requires 3 steps: Complete the form, submit the form to your councilor (local sections) or chair (divisions), councilor or chair approves and submits the form to LSAC/DAC for review.  We've added a timeline and updated the text on the Submit Button.

  • A new question on the Event Form. Which strategic goal(s) from the ACS Strategic Plan does this event support? Examples of how categories relate to the strategic plan.  
  • A new question on the Division Administration Form. Did the Division engage in any international outreach or activities, beyond inviting international speakers to present at a symposium or general session?
