Deleting Symposia/Sessions

Sessions cannot be deleted in PACS. If a session is no longer needed you will need to change the session status from “active” to “cancelled”. This will remove the session from the submission site.

  1. From the Dashboard click Sessions under Session Assignment
  2. Click on the session you wish to cancel
  3. Click Edit
  4. Change the Session Status from Active to Cancelled

Remember to move abstracts already submitted to the session to be cancelled to another active session or to reject the abstracts if they are no longer needed.
