Setting up Cosponsors (Supporters)

All Divisions and most Committees have been created in the cosponsor list.

Assigning a Cosponsor

  1. From the Dashboard click Sessions or Assign Abstracts under Session Assignment
  2. Select the session to which you wish to add the cosponsor
  3. Click Edit
  4. Click on the magnifying glass () next to the box labeled Session Supporters
  5. Filter the list by searching the name of the cosponsor you wish to assign
  6. Select the check box next to the cosponsor you wish to assign
  7. Change the cosponsor type as appropriate (See Glossary of Terms for cosponsor information)
  • Nominal
  • Cooperative
  • Financial
  1. Click Assign

Adding New Cosponsors

You may need to add any cosponsors not already in the list.

  1. From the Dashboard click Supporters under Session Assignment
  2. Click Create New Supporter
  • Add Abbreviation
  • Add Name
  • Add the supporter’s website (if available)
  1. Click Save
