Setting up Submission Deadline

Setting Abstract Deadline

  1. From the Dashboard click Program Areas under Session Assignment
  2. Click on your division/committee
  3. Click Edit
  4. Click on the calendar () next to the box labeled Submit Deadline to add or change the deadline. (PLEASE NOTE: If you are changing the deadline after submission has opened contact pacs@acs.org so staff is aware of the change)

Setting Preprint Deadline

If your division requires preprints:

  1. Select the box marked Preprint Required
  2. Click on the calendar () next to the box labeled Preprint Deadline to add or change the deadline. (PLEASE NOTE: The preprint deadline must be the same as the submission deadline. If you are changing the deadline after submission has opened contact pacs@acs.org so staff is aware of the change)
