Ms. Zenner is director of the Interdisciplinary Education Group at the University of Wisconsin-Madison’s Materials Research Science and Engineering Center and has been involved with the group since 2002. In her role as director, she works with scientists and engineers from many disciplines, as well as teachers and representatives from informal education to create educational materials addressing nanotechnology. These materials include K-16 curricula, museum prototypes, kits, table-tops activities, programs, and websites. Ms. Zenner has a bachelor’s degree in German literature, a master’s degree in history and philosophy of science from Cambridge University, and a master’s degree in history of science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
