ACS Governing Documents and Petitions
The ACS Governing Documents ("ACSGovDocs") include the Constitution, Bylaws, Standing Rules, Schedule of Dues and Benefits, and Regulations of the American Chemical Society. The January 1 version of the ACSGovDocs is the authoritative version; however, they are updated throughout the year as changes are approved according to their effective date.
The Introduction to the June 1, 2024, edition of the ACSGovDocs contains a summary of the changes.
