
Flint Lewis

Flint Lewis has undergraduate and JD degrees from the University of San Diego. He worked briefly as a litigation attorney in a San Diego law firm, then served for eight years as counsel and senior policy analyst for the US House of Representatives. Mr. Lewis served with the American Red Cross as a government relations officer and as chief of staff to ARC President Elizabeth Dole. In 1996, he became director of American Chemical Society’s Office of Legislative and Government Affairs. He was elected Secretary by the ACS Board in 2002 and became General Counsel in 2004. He has chaired or served on numerous state and county boards and commissions in Virginia.
