Susi Willis, Sangha Leadership Group
Communicating with Empathy
Susi Willis is the CEO of Sangha Leadership Group, which provides leadership development strategies and development for sustainable corporate client production systems and continuous improvements initiatives. Susi spent more than two decades as an organizational development and change management consultant at DuPont. She received her Bachelor's Degree in Human Development and Family Guidance from Ohio University and holds a Master's of Social Work (MSW) from Ohio State University.
Marciano Bagnoli, Georgia-Pacific, LLC
Communicating Through Changing Circumstances
Marciano Bagnoli is currently a quality manager at Georgia-Pacific, LLC, and he previously spent nearly five years in quality control at Shin-Etsu Silicones of America. Marciano has been an ACS Career Consultant since 2019. He received his Bachelor's Degree in Physics from the University of Mount Union.
Jason Ritchie, Ph.D., University of Mississippi
Communicating to Disparate Audiences
Jason Ritchie, Ph.D. has spent more than two decades as an Associate Professor in the University of Mississippi's Chemistry and Biochemistry Department. Jason received his Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry from the University of California, San Diego, and holds Ph.D.s in Philosophy and Chemistry from UT Austin.
