Cody Folden

Charles “Cody” M. Folden III is Associate Professor of Chemistry at Texas A&M University.  He received his bachelor’s degree in chemistry from Vanderbilt University in 1999 and his doctorate in nuclear chemistry from the University of California, Berkeley in 2004.  After postdoctoral work in Berkeley and at Michigan State University, he started at Texas A&M in 2008.  His research focuses on the chemistry of heavy elements, transactinide elements, and superheavy elements, along with nuclear forensics.
