For 10 years I worked as an Analytical Chemist for three different Pharma Companies, including Merck. I left to start a Staffing Company to provide scientists as temporary workers. After 20 years, I sold this business and became an Executive Recruiter. I now have 35 years of experience in recruiting, interviewing and coaching candidates. Companies pay me to find and deliver candidates that are a match for the job description. I don't get paid unless my candidates get hired, so I have become very good at coaching candidates on what to say and how to act in an interview.
