ACS Technical Division membership provides a forum for networking and an environment for collaboration and innovation.
Technical Divisions provide content for ACS National Meetings. They may also hold individual divisional meetings, national conferences, and international congresses, which provide additional opportunities for in-depth exploration in their area of specialization. Some divisions also organize topical symposia at ACS Regional Meetings.
Following are ACS Technical Divisions that focus--solely or partially--on the topic of chemical safety.
- Division of Chemical Health and Safety (DCHAS)
Join the ACS Technical Division that focuses on chemical and laboratory safety.
- Division of Chemical Education (CHED)
For chemistry and science educators, consider working on CHED's Safety subcommittee.
In addition to our Technical Divisions, ACS values content contributions from partner organizations.
