What do you love about your job?
I enjoy having an impact on patients. Being at the forefront of research and development at a large pharmaceutical company such as GSK is quite exciting. Knowing that the research that we conduct has a positive impact on people's lives makes the hard work worthwhile.

What has been the most exciting part of your career so far?
Taking on new challenges and growing as a mentor/leader. In the short time I've been with GSK, I feel like I've been given multiple opportunities to face new challenges and that I continue to learn every day about how to be a better coworker/manager.

What would you tell yourself at age 18?
Keep on going.

How has ACS Scholars impacted your life and career?
ACS Scholars gave me a chance to focus on my studies in chemistry. The support, both monetary and mentorship, helped shaped who I have become today.
