What do you love about your job?
I love solving challenging problems that directly impact the profitability of our company. No matter how difficult the problem is, we have so many resources that can help us improve the system. I love working with a team that works to keep each other safe and ensure that everything we do has safety as the main component.

What has been the most exciting part of your career so far?
The most exciting part of my career so far has been working with a team of specialists from Dow. I learned a lot about the technology and about what type of career I would want to have in the future with Dow.

What would you tell yourself at age 18?
That there are no limits to what you can accomplish if you dedicate your time and effort into what you are passionate about.

How has ACS Scholars impacted your life and career?
The ACS Scholars financial support helped me to attend Notre Dame. It also helped me to obtain a career that I never imagined I would want, but it has been so fulfilling.
