What do you love about your job?

What has been the most exciting part of your career so far?
Working at a start-up, you get insight into how all areas of the company grow and develop. From learning how to optimize a lead compound to negotiating strategic partnerships, I've expanded my perspective of how innovations in the lab reach the public. Being able to see tangible growth in projects over the course of months is incredibly motivating.

Explore all possibilities and relationships! You have a plan and that's great; just seize spontaneity and embrace whatever comes.
