This not-too-sweet smoothie gets its brilliant orange color from the highly-conjugated backbone of the beta-carotene in each of its ingredients.
1 orange (or 2-3 clementines), peeled and sectioned
1 mango, peeled and diced
1 medium carrot, shredded
½ cup orange juice
1. Combine all ingredients in blender.
2. Blend until smooth.
