1/4 cup ginger root, chopped
1/2 cup boiling water
2 teaspoons sugar
2 tablespoons lime juice
1/2 cup seltzer
1. Cover ginger with boiling water and let cool to room temperature. Skim the ginger pieces off and discard.
2. Stir in sugar until dissolved.
3. Add lime juice, seltzer, and ice; stir gently to combine.
4. Garnish with lime wedge.
