The LEADS conference will focus on preparing high-potential early-career professionals and students for successful and impactful careers in the chemical enterprise. The conference schedule includes:

  • Inspirational keynote lectures

The conference will also feature career and professional development programming, including:

  • Individual Development Plan workshops – including self-assessment, career exploration, and goal setting
  • Career Pathways workshops – Networking & Resume Building
  • Sustainability Development Goals workshops – to build inclusive collaborative project teams, connect with distinguished scientists, and harness potential towards tackling the world’s greatest needs
