Celebrate ACS Volunteers – Sustained Excellence!
The 24th Annual ChemLuminary Awards ceremony was held at the Hyatt Regency Chicago, Grand Ballroom A-F, Tuesday, August 23 at 8 pm CT.
Amber S. Hinkle, Covestro, recipient of the 2022 Award for Volunteer Service to the American Chemical Society, delivered the keynote address, and the presentations of awards given by 18 committees of the Society followed. This year's theme, “ACS Volunteers – Sustained Excellence,” honored our volunteers' work to continue improving all people’s lives through the transforming power of chemistry.
To recognize ACS Local Sections, Technical Divisions, Regional Meetings, and International Chemical Sciences Chapters for their work in promoting chemistry.
The nomination period is November 1 to February 15.
How to Nominate
All ChemLuminary Awards nominations should be submitted by Local Section, Division and International Chemical Sciences Chapter officers via the Annual Report. Please contact the officers of your group to inquire about submitting a nomination.
