The ACS Online Store currently accepts payment for orders using Visa, MasterCard, or American Express. You may also submit your payment information on-line or by phone, fax, or mail. We cannot accept payment information via email. All transfer of your personal information, including credit card handling, is done through a secure server using the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol.
If you have a question about your order or wish to return a product, please contact our Customer Service Representatives for more information. Please note the following guidelines:
- Requests for return must be made within 90 days of the invoice date.
- Items will be accepted for return only if they are in a saleable condition and have not been marked or damaged in any way.
- Credit for shipping will be given for items that are returned due to processing error. Customers must pay return shipping for items returned.
ACS is obligated to collect sales tax from purchasers in the following locations:
Alabama*, California, Canada, Colorado, Connecticut, District of Columbia, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Nebraska, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas , Vermont, Virginia, Washington, West Virginia, Wisconsin , Wyoming, Canada, European VAT, India, Japan, and South Africa.
*Alabama customers: Seller has collected the simplified sellers use tax on taxable transactions delivered into Alabama and the tax will be remitted on the customer’s behalf to the Alabama Department of Revenue. Seller’s program account number is SSU-R010361061.
If you are a tax exempt organization in one of these locations, please call our Customer Service Representatives to register your tax exempt certificate for your organization and place your order. You may fax your order in to 202-872-6067 with a copy of your current tax exempt certificate to expedite the process. We must have a current tax exempt certificate or your order will be charged tax according to the tax rates of your location regardless of your status.
You may speak with one of our Customer Service Representatives to establish your individual account as an organizational buyer. This will allow you to make tax exempt purchases on behalf of your organization in the ACS Online Store.
NOTE: Orders placed under an individual’s name will automatically be charged tax if you are located in a taxable location and the organizational buyer relationship has not been established.
We adhere to the following guidelines when shipping your orders:
- Shipping charges are based on the total dollar amount of the order.
- Products delivered are shipped based on the best time method and most cost efficient manner.
- Domestic orders including those outside of the contiguous US (HI, AK, PR, GU, VI) will be delivered in approximately 3-7 business days.
- Products delivered to locations outside of the US will be sent via Airmail; please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery.
- Tracking will be provided via the email address you provide; please ensure that a valid email address and phone number are included in your order.
- Rush shipping is available for an additional cost of $25 on U.S. addresses only.
