Here’s where you can find information and resources to make your virtual meeting experience a success.
SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS & TECHNICAL SUPPORT
In order to register and attend the virtual meeting, you will need a free ACS ID. If you don’t already have one, you can easily create an ACS ID.
The ACS ID is a single set of log-in credentials (i.e. username and password) used to access multiple ACS online products, including abstract submissions, ACS Network, and meetings registrations.
A few tips for a successful meeting experience:
Access the platform early
The meeting platform is available now to explore. We strongly encourage registrants to log in, look around, and use the system checker tools to ensure the best experience throughout the meeting.
Use an optimal browser
The meeting platform runs best from a computer using Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox. Please note: Third party cookie blocking may limit some of the platform features.
Know your ACS ID
Users MUST log in using the ACS ID and credentials used for registration. For ACS ID support, please contact ACS Member Services by email.
Clear your cache
Be sure to to clear your browser cache. The log in page can get sticky, and we want you to sail smoothly through. For reference, we've created this quick guide (PDF) to help for PC or MAC users.
Prepare to access Zoom
The technical sessions will take place in Zoom – make sure to prepare to access Zoom. If your company or agency blocks Zoom, please contact ACS Member Services.
We understand there are firewall and restrictions on employer issued devices that make it difficult to access some websites and applications. We recommend attempting to access the virtual platform via personal devices to avoid some of these possible restrictions.
We strongly encourage you to download the Zoom desktop client to ensure the best possible meeting experience and to facilitate better connectivity to Zoom.

This video will give an overview of the meeting platform and assist in your successful meeting experience.
Through our virtual platform, you will have the ability to connect with your peers through an integrated global chat feature within the virtual meeting platform, as well as video networking rooms hosted by ACS Technical Divisions and Committees. Be sure to take advantage of the various ways to interact with meeting attendees!
Please note that the meeting schedule for live oral technical sessions and networking events will be in Pacific Daylight Time (PDT). Meeting content will be available on demand for attendees to access at their leisure.

Closed captioning will be provided for all oral technical session - live and on-demand - as well as for all Keynote Events. We make every effort to make our virtual meetings accessible to people with disabilities. If you require special assistance during the meeting sessions, please indicate this when registering.
