Registration is Now Open!

U.S. residents* who register during the allotted time period will receive their badge by mail before the meeting.

Ways to register:

* International registrants will pick up their badge at ACS Attendee Registration.

 

Satellite Registration & Onsite Program Purchase/Pick-up Fees and Locations

Copies of the Onsite Program Book will be available for $10 until June 29 through the online registration process.  The standard/onsite fee of $20 will apply after June 29In response to numerous requests, the author index will be included in the printed program booklet. Satellite Registration and Onsite Program Purchase/Pick-up locations to be in Sheraton Philadelphia Downtown Hotel, Liberty Ballroom Foyer and Sonesta Philadelphia Downtown, Homer Room Foyer. Credit cards, debit cards and checks will be accepted at these locations. 

In support of the ACS’s sustainability efforts, we encourage our meeting attendees to download the ACS Philadelphia mobile app or access the ACS Philadelphia Digital Meeting Program with Author Index in early-August.  These digital options will provide quick access to the full technical program along with special features so you can easily build your schedule.  Learn more about the ACS National Meetings Sustainability Efforts…winner of several industry sustainability awards.   Please contact NationalMeetings@acs.org if you have any questions.

Methods of Registration

All registrants will receive a confirmation via the original method of registration.

  • Internet (credit card only)
  • Telephone 508-743-0192 or 800-251-8629, Monday - Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM EST (credit cards only) by August 25, 2016. 
  • Mail completed form with payment to: ACS Registration c/o CDS, 107 Waterhouse Road, Bourne, MA 02532 by June 29, 2016.
  • Fax completed form with payment to: 508-743-9604 (credit cards only) by August 25, 2016.

Registration Payments

Registration fees can be paid by check, money order, credit card (American Express, Discover, MasterCard, or VISA), or bank wire transfer.

  • Make checks payable in U.S. dollars to the American Chemical Society.
  • Include a completed registration form with your payment.

Registration fees should not be combined with any other payment (such as membership dues). Purchase orders and training requests are not accepted. For wire transfer payments, contact the ACS Finance Department at bankwires@acs.org. Registration forms received without payment will not be processed.
