Plan an Event

Attendee Interactive (AI), the event management system, is now closed for new event submission. The AI system will be used for entering food & beverage orders and all other supplies you may need for your event. You will also see your venue confirmations and approved final confirmation through AI.

At this time, a late-fee of $200 will be applied to your event confirmation for any additonal events. If you have any questions regarding this fee, please contact Bethany Kashawlic at

The Fred Kavli Innovations in Chemistry Lecture will be held on Monday, August 20, 2018 from 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM at the Convention Center. Please do not schedule meetings or events during this time.

Upcoming Deadlines
April 29 All meeting room requests are due and the AI system closes.
May 7 Venue confirmation and selection of menus in the AI system available.
May 31 Requests for temporary staff due to ACS.
June 1  Final deadline to submit Food & Beverage (F&B) orders
June 15 Final confirmations with confirmed room name, detailed logistics including expected attendance begin going out from AI system.
June 26 All events to be approved in the AI system.
July 2 All changes from this point forward must be made on-site. Additional charges may apply.
