The deadline to enter non-technical meeting room requests was December 1, 2017. The Attendee Interactive (AI) system is now closed. The AI system will be used for entering food & beverage orders and all other supplies you may need for your event. You will also see your venue confirmations and approved final confirmation through AI.

For meeting room requests now, a late fee of $200 will be applied to your event confirmation. Please contact ai-help@acs.org for assistance. If you have any questions regarding the fee, please contact Robin Preston at r_preston@acs.org

The Fred Kavli Innovations in Chemistry Lecture will be held on Monday, March 19 from 5:00 pm – 7:00 pm at the Convention Center. Please do not schedule meetings or events during this time.


Upcoming Deadlines
Dec 1 All meeting room requests are due and the AI system closes.
Dec 14 Venue confirmation and selection of menus in the new AI system.
Jan 5 Final Deadline to enter F&B.
Jan 8 Requests for temporary staff due to ACS
Jan 17 Final confirmations with confirmed room name, detailed logistics including expected attendance begin going out from AI system.
Jan 24 All events to be approved in the AI system.
Feb 1 Deadline for changes
Feb 1 All changes from this point forward must be made on-site. Additional charges may apply.
