Attendees Resources

For Attendees

In addition to quality technical programming and a dynamic exposition, we offer many resources for meeting attendees.

ON-SITE REGISTRATION HOURS

Attendee Registration is conveniently located in the Boston Convention & Exhibition Center (BCEC) North Lobby, and the Satellite Registration is located in the Sheraton Boston at the 2nd Floor Registration Desk. BCEC will also host a Luggage & Coat Check area in the North Lobby.

Operating hours vary for each location, so please visit the Pricing & Registration page for all hours.

CAMPUS MAP & OPERATIONS OFFICES

Looking for technical programming locations or shuttle bus schedules? The ACS Campus Map has all you need to navigate to the correct National Meeting venue.

Need ACS Staff assistance on-site? Please contact one of the property Operations Offices in Boston.

ATTENDEES WITH DISABILITIES

We make every effort to make our national meetings accessible to people with disabilities. If you require special assistance during the meeting sessions, please indicate this when registering for the national meeting. If you need any further assistance, please contact Brenda Philpot at b_philpot@acs.org.

CHILDCARE SERVICES & PARENT/INFANT ROOM

We offer a Parent/Infant Room and childcare services during the meeting. For convenience and privacy, ACS has designated a room for parents in the BCEC for nursing, feeding, and changing infants. Please see the staff at the Information Booth in the North Lobby for further information.

LOUNGES TO RECHARGE & NETWORK

We have designated areas at the National Meeting to help you take a break. Come relax, connect with friends, network, and charge your electronic devices in the ACS Resource Hub in the North Lobby or in the Expo & Career Fair at the Recharge & Social Media Lounge.
