For Attendees

For Attendees

In addition to quality technical programming and a dynamic exposition, we offer many resources for meeting attendees.

ATTENDEES WITH DISABILITIES

We make every effort to make our national meetings accessible to people with disabilities. If you require special assistance during the meeting sessions, please indicate this when registering for the national meeting. If you need any further assistance, please contact Brenda Philpot at b_philpot@acs.org.

CHILDCARE SERVICES & MOTHERS' ROOM

We offer a mothers' room and childcare services during the meeting. For information and location/access of the mothers' room, please go to ACS Operations at the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center.

LOUNGE AREAS

We have two designated areas at the national meeting to help you take a break. Come relax, connect with friends, network, and charge your electronic devices.
