Visa Letters

Personalized visa letters are available for download once the symposium organizer or program chair has accepted your abstract(s). Presenting authors should access and download their personalized visa letters through their MAPS accounts. There are no exceptions to this process.

Refer to the brief video below, which demonstrates how to access/download visa letters in MAPS.

Traveling to the USA

ACS has members worldwide, many of whom travel to the United States for work, collaboration, and meetings. International Activities has compiled several links to assist with obtaining a U.S. visa, the visa waiver program available for travelers from select countries, and what to do if you encounter visa problems.
