George Gray

Dr. Gray is president of Risk Science and Management, LLC. He recently completed more than three years of service as the assistant administrator for the Office of Research and Development and as the science advisor at the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). Prior to his government service, Dr. Gray was executive director of the Harvard Center for Risk Analysis and a lecturer in Risk Analysis at the Harvard School of Public Health. He has been a member of advisory committees, councils, and task forces for the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) Center for Food Safety and Applied Nutrition, the National Institute of Environmental Health Sciences, the Institute of Medicine, the Society for Risk Analysis, and the Society of Toxicology. Dr. Gray holds a Ph.D. in toxicology from the University of Rochester.
