The American Chemical Society’s LEADS Conference is a 3-day event designed to empower high-potential early career professionals and students in the chemical sciences. Conceived by ACS Past-President Luis Echegoyen, the conference brings together distinguished chemists, scientists, professionals, and Nobel Laureates for an immersive experience focused on career development, mentoring, networking, and technical discussions. The LEADS Conference is tentatively scheduled to take place onsite in DC from Thurs Nov 12th, through Sat, Nov 14th, 2026, contingent upon safety assessments and other relevant considerations. Selected participants are to arrive on Wed, Nov 11th. Travel and lodging expenses will be covered by ACS. Any updates to the schedule will be communicated promptly once confirmed.

Ultimately, attendees will depart having
