ACS Fall 2026 will be held August 23-27, 2026, in Chicago, IL.
Momentive (formerly Ai Requestor) is open for ACS Fall 2026 requests. The deadline to enter event requests is Friday, May 8. After this date, a late fee of $200 may be applied to your event confirmation(s).
If you are planning an in-person event(s) in Chicago you can access Momentive to submit logistics for your event(s) by the appropriate deadlines listed below.
Upcoming deadlines
| April 13 | Momentive is open for meeting room request and Signage is available. |
| May 8 | All meeting room requests are due, and meeting room requests through Momentive close. |
| May 26 | Venue locations and menu selections are available in Momentive. |
| June 8 | Final Deadline to enter food and beverage (F&B) in Momentive. |
| June 22 | Final confirmations with confirmed room name and detailed logistics, including expected attendance, are sent out from Momentive. |
| June 29 | Approval of final confirmation(s) and meal guarantees are due from clients. All changes from this point forward must be made on-site. Additional charges may apply. |
If you will be planning only a digital event with no physical space in Chicago, please do not complete the space request form. Digital event information needs to be entered in a separate form available online in the coming weeks.
