In what time zone will the meeting be held in Atlanta, GA?

When can I pick up my badge once onsite?

Badge pickup will be available at the Georgia World Congress Center and the Omni Atlanta Hotel at Centennial Park. Stay tuned for the dates and times.

Will shuttle bus service be provided?

Shuttle service will be limited as most hotels are within walking distance of the Georgia World Congress Center. ACS does not provide shuttles to/from the airport.  A PDF campus map will be available.

Will childcare be available onsite?

Yes, childcare will be offered onsite at ACS Spring 2026. Childcare registration will open in December 2025.  The deadline to pre-register for childcare is March 12, 2026.

Can I see or search all of the sessions/programming and do any scheduling?

The full meeting program will be available on January 12, 2026. There will be filtering capabilities to find programming by division, date, session type, symposia, or location, as well as keyword search, to build your schedule.

Where can I find current session information?

From technical sessions, career development, networking, student programming and more, ACS Spring 2026 has something for everyone! More information on sessions will be available on January 12, 2026.

Is there a PDF of the program?

Yes, a PDF of the program will be available on the virtual platform in January.

Where can I find info about division events and activities?

Published division events and activities will be listed in both the virtual program and the mobile app. Attendees can search by division or filter by session type, such as Networking Events, to find relevant information.  If you need more information, please contact your division.

What will the Expo at ACS Spring 2026 in Atlanta, GA offer?

The Expo will take place at the Georgia World Congress Center in Hall B1-2. Attendees will have the opportunity to explore cutting-edge products, services, and solutions from leading companies and organizations. With a focus on face-to-face interaction, the Expo will also provide valuable networking opportunities allowing you to connect with key contacts, discover new partnerships, and stay ahead of industry trends.

Are electric scooters available for rent at the Convention Center?

Yes. The ACS makes a limited number of scooters available free of charge to meeting attendees. If you or your guest need to rent a scooter, please check the ADA Special Services check box during your online registration and select “Scooter” in the drop-down menu. The scooters are available for pick-up at the main Information Booth.

Will registration be required?

Yes. All attendees, presenters and their guests are required to register to access technical sessions and events, whether digitally or in-person. Badges are required for access to ACS programming and hosted events. Your ACS ID is required to register. If you are new to ACS, you can easily create an ACS ID.

Who can I contact if I have ACS ID or log-in issues?

Please contact Membership Services at service@acs.org for assistance with logging in with your ACS ID.

What’s included in my ACS Spring 2026 Full Access registration fee?

As a registered attendee you’ll have full access to a variety of in-person meeting content and events while in Atlanta, GA. Meeting access includes Keynote Events, Technical Programming oral and poster sessions, Career Events, Presidential Events, ACS Connect Reception, and the Expo and ACS Career Fair. ACS Spring 2026 registration also includes access to the ACS Spring 2026 Digital Meeting which includes real-time/live virtual sessions, from around the globe, to include the Global Virtual Symposia.  Note: Full Access registration is required for all in-person oral and poster-presenting authors.

Are meals included with registration?

No, attendees are responsible for their own meals.

Can I buy an additional ACS Connect Happy Hour Ticket?  

Extra Happy Hour tickets can be purchased for $25 each, with a limit of two per main registrant. To modify your registration and pay the additional fees, contact the ACS Registration Call Center on Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. ET at +1 (508) 743-0192 or email acs@maritz.com.

What is the difference between Full Registration and the other Registration types?

The following categories offer limited access to the ACS Spring Meeting:

  • Governance Only Access includes access to Governance Events only – No access to Sessions, Poster Hall, or Expo.
  • Ticketed Events Only includes access to Leadership Development Courses, Career Pathways Workshops, ACS Institute Technical Courses, and all Special Events, purchased individually à la carte. No access to the ACS Connect Reception, Sessions, Poster Hall, or Expo. Registrants with a Ticketed Events Only badge will not have access to the mobile app or access to the Digital Meeting.
  • Exhibitor Access includes Exhibitor Full Conference or Exhibitor Booth Staff Only badges. Exhibitor access is for exhibitor staff requiring access to the Expo Hall for setup outside of general admission hours. Exhibitor Booth Staff Only badges permit access to the Expo Hall only – no sessions. Exhibitor Full Conference badges have access to the full conference and the sessions.
  • Guest Access: Guest can attend sessions, Poster Hall, Expo and ACS Connect Reception when accompanied by a Full Access attendee. Guests will not have access to the mobile app or access to the Digital Meeting.
  • Expo Only Access includes entrance into the Expo during expo hours only. No access to the ACS Connect Reception, sessions, or Poster Hall. Registrants with an Expo Only badge will not have access to the mobile app or access to the Digital Meeting.
  • One Day Only Access includes access to sessions, Poster Hall, and Expo for the day registered.  A ticket for the Connect Reception can be purchased during the registration process.  Multi-day passes are not available – a full access registration should be purchased for multi-day access.

Can I change my Limited Access (in-person) registration category to Full Access to access the mobile app and Digital Meeting?

To modify your registration and pay the additional fees, contact the ACS Registration Call Center on Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. ET at +1 (508) 743-0192 or email acs@maritz.com. You may upgrade from the Digital Meeting to In-Person registration at any time, including after February 23, 2026.  If you purchased a one day pass and want access to additional days, multi-day passes are not available.  Please upgrade to a full conference registration.

Can Limited Access (in-person) registration categories purchase additional ACS Connect Happy Hour tickets?

Additional reception tickets are available for Limited Access attendees. Extra reception tickets can be purchased for $25 each, with a limit of two per main registrant.

What’s included in my ACS Spring 2026 Digital Meeting registration (virtual-only access)?

ACS Spring 2026 Digital Meeting Access includes a selection of curated live/real time online sessions including:

  • The Digital Meeting global content
  • The Global Virtual Symposia
  • The Virtual Graduate Student Symposia Asia Pacific, division technical sessions, professional development sessions.
  • Live streams of the Opening Board Session, the Priestly Medalist Address and the Kavli lecture series including interactive chats with virtual Q&A sessions, and more.  Additional in-person sessions will not be streamed to the Digital Meeting.

Courses, Workshops, and Special Events are not available in the Digital Meeting Access package. Visit Ways to Attend for more information.

Can I change my registration type from in-person to ACS Spring 2026 Digital Meeting (virtual only)?

Yes, you may modify/change your registration at any time without penalty. To modify your registration, contact the ACS Registration Call Center on Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. ET at +1 (508) 743-0192 or email acs@maritz.com.

Will I receive my badge in the mail?

No. All in-person attendees must pick up their badge and any tickets purchased at one of the badge pick-up locations. To verify your registration and pick up your badge, please be prepared to show a valid ID.

Can I register onsite and what payment options are accepted?

Yes. However, payments can only be made via credit card. Cash or checks will not be accepted for onsite registration. Please remember that the fastest, easiest way to register for Spring 2026 is via our on-line registration site.  You can register on-line until February 23, 2026.

What is the Cancellation Policy?

You can cancel your existing registration and social events or request a refund before the meeting in accordance with the ACS Registration Cancellation Policy. All refunds are issued via the same method used for payment. Refunds are processed within 30 days after the conclusion of the meeting.

By adhering to the following cancellation procedures, registration cancellations received in writing by February 23, 2026, are entitled to a full refund, less a $150 administrative fee. Registration fees less than $150 will not be refunded.

Cancellation notices must be submitted in writing to the ACS registration customer service center by mail, or e-mail by 11:59 p.m. ET on February 23, 2026.

Registration refund requests made in writing after 11:59 p.m. ET on February 23, 2026, will not be honored.

What is the Badge Sharing and Reprint Policy?

Badge sharing, splitting, or reprints made outside of the official ACS registration system are strictly prohibited. Any attendee found in violation of this policy will be removed from the convention center, and all badges will be revoked. The following fees will be charged for badge reprints: $25 for a second reprint, $50 for a third reprint, and $100 for any additional reprints.

Do you recycle badges/registration materials?

Yes, ACS encourages attendees to support sustainability efforts by recycling their lanyards and badges upon departing from the event. Please deposit these items in the designated recycling stations located throughout the various event venues.

Is there a mobile app? 

Yes, there is a mobile app. We encourage in-person meeting attendees to download the ACS Meetings & Events Mobile App for quick access to the meeting program to build your onsite schedule, search for exhibitors, and navigate using the maps feature. More information about the mobile app will be coming soon.

Who can I contact if I have issues logging into the mobile app?

I live in Atlanta, GA, and I’ve registered for ACS Spring 2026 Digital Meeting (virtual only access). If I want to go to the convention center to listen to other people talk, is that okay?

No. You must be registered and be issued a badge as an in-person attendee to access the in-person events at ACS Spring 2026. You would need to modify/change your registration, which you can do at any time without penalty. To modify your registration, contact the ACS Registration Call Center on Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. ET at +1 (508) 743-0192 or email acs@maritz.com. Once onsite you can also go to our attendee registration area for assistance.

ACS Spring 2026 Digital Meeting Virtual Platform

How do I change my name or email address in the virtual platform?

You will need to change your contact information in your ACS ID account first, then log into the virtual platform to refresh your information. To change your name, you must contact our Member Services team at service@acs.org or call +1 (800) 333-9511 or +1 (614) 447-3776. 

How do I log into the ACS Spring 2026 Digital Meeting virtual platform?

Use the same ACS ID and password you used to register for the meeting. If you have registered and have trouble logging in to the platform, please contact our member Services team, service@acs.org, or call +1 (800) 333-9511 or +1 (614) 447-3776.

What are the preferred browsers for the meeting platform?

 Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, and Safari

Will ACS Spring 2026 in-person sessions be broadcast online for digital participants to view?

No. In-person sessions will not be broadcast for virtual presenters and attendees to participate with the exception of selected keynote events. These sessions are denoted in the virtual platform as keynote-hybrid sessions.

Will the ACS Spring 2026 Digital Meeting offer virtual poster sessions for participants to view?

No. Virtual poster sessions are not part of the ACS Spring 2026 Digital Meeting. In-person sessions will not be broadcast for virtual presenters and attendees to participate with the exception of select keynote events. These sessions are denoted in the virtual platform as keynote-hybrid sessions.

How will questions be managed in the ACS Spring 2026 Digital Meeting?

Questions should be submitted via chat. The session presider will select questions from the chat to ask the presenter.

How do I manage time zones for the ACS Spring 2026 Digital Meeting?

The time zone for the virtual platform will automatically be set to Eastern Time. Upon log-in a pop-up message will display inquiring if the attendee wants to adjust their time zone settings for the meeting.

How do I get an Attendee Certificate of Attendance?

Certificates of Attendance will be immediately available online after completing the ACS Spring 2026 Meeting Survey.  A link to the certificate will be provided in your survey confirmation with further instructions.  Attendees who complete an ACS Spring 2026 Meeting survey onsite will be eligible to receive a free ACS Spring 2026 t-shirt at the ACS Info Booth (While supplies last). 

How do I get a Presenter Certificate?

All presenters will be issued digital certificates via email from ACS Meeting Programming Support (maps@acs.org) within six to eight weeks from the conclusion of ACS Spring 2026.
