Join the Student Challenge "Your Step into Solvation Science" to shape the future of research in this field. We encourage Master and PhD students worldwide, specializing in natural sciences, medical science, or engineering, to participate. No age limit applies.

You'll develop your scientific and professional skills while bringing your ideas to life. You will get a monthly stipend and a fixed-rate reimbursement of your travel expenses to Germany. There is flexibility in choosing your research period up until August 2025. Winners may wish to plan their stay to attend the RESOLV Summer School Solvation Science in June.

Research proposal (1 page)
CV with contact details and affiliation (max. 2 pages)
Letter of motivation related to Solvation Science (1 page)
Diploma (Bachelor or Master) and Transcript
We have three deadlines, so we will have three rounds of the selected process. The first deadline is September 1, 2024 (reviewing process 2-14 of September 2024). The second deadline is December 1, 2024 (reviewing process 1-14 of December 2024). The third deadline is March 1, 2025 (reviewing process 1-14 of March 2025).
Successful applicants will receive a monthly stipend during their stay and a fixed-rate reimbursement of travel expenses.
