Childcare Onsite
Childcare will be available for parents and will be located in The Moscone Center during the meeting. Children must be 3 years or older, and pre-registration will be required. Deadline to register is August 4, 2023.
Family Resources Onsite
A Parent/Infant Room will be available onsite that gives new parents the privacy to care for their infant children and can be accessed at any time.

Safety Onsite
ACS Fall 2023 is a rewarding and stimulating experience. We want to make sure that you follow the same safety precautions in San Francisco that you do at home.
Attendees with Disabilities
Closed captioning will be provided for all oral technical sessions – hybrid and on-demand – as well as for all Keynote sessions. If you require special assistance during the meeting please indicate this when registering. You may also reach out to service@acs.org with questions or assistance needs.
During the Meeting
Onsite Registration & Badge Pick-up
NEW! All attendees will need to pick up their badge onsite during registration hours.
Onsite registration will be available each day of the meeting. Please note: onsite payment will ONLY be available via credit card. Cash and checks will not be accepted for onsite registration.
ACS Wellness and Serenity Room
Need a moment of peace and quiet? A room specially curated to focus on your health and well-being? A safe place for prayers and meditation?
The ACS Wellness and Serenity Room has everything you need from yoga mats to bean bag chairs, and calm, serene lighting to help boost your mood and provide instant relaxation.
Location: Room 115, South Building, Moscone Center
Hours: Open each day during Registration Hours
Campus Map
The Campus Map is your resource for shuttle bus schedules and walking map between ACS hotels and The Moscone Center. It also includes technical session programming locations.
ACS Member Lounge
Attending ACS Fall? Visit the Member Lounge during the meeting to engage, learn, and grow with your fellow ACS members. From Sunday, August 13 through Thursday, August 17, members will have the opportunity to snap a selfie at the #ProudToBeAChemist photobooth, receive complimentary giveaways, and learn about ACS various programs and services.
Mobile App
Attendees are strongly encouraged to download the ACS Meetings & Events Mobile App for quick access to the meeting program. The app allows you to build your onsite schedule, search for exhibitors, and navigate using the maps feature.
PLEASE NOTE: The mobile app is intended for onsite use and does a one-way sync from the virtual meeting platform itinerary into the mobile app.

A few tips for a successful virtual meeting experience
ACS ID
In order to register and attend the virtual meeting, you will need a free ACS ID. If you don’t already have one, you can easily create an ACS ID. Users MUST log in using the ACS ID and credentials used for registration. For ACS ID support, please contact ACS Membership Services by email.
Meeting platform
Access the platform early. The meeting platform is available to explore. We strongly encourage registrants to log in, look around, and use the system checker tools to ensure the best experience throughout the meeting.
Use an optimal browser
In order to register and attend the virtual meeting, you will need a free ACS ID. If you don’t already have one, you can easily create an ACS ID. Users MUST log in using the ACS ID and credentials used for registration. For ACS ID support, please contact ACS Membership Services by email.
Clear your cache
Be sure to clear your browser cache. The log in page can get sticky, and we want you to sail smoothly through. For reference, we’ve created this quick guide (PDF) to help for PC or MAC users.
Prepare to access Zoom
The technical sessions will take place in Zoom – make sure to prepare to access Zoom. If your company or agency blocks Zoom, please contact ACS Membership Services.
