Attendees with Disabilities
Closed captioning will be provided for all oral technical sessions – live and on-demand – as well as for all Keynote sessions. If you require special assistance during the meeting please indicate this when registering. You may also reach out to service@acs.org with questions or assistance needs.
During the Meeting
Onsite Registration & Badge Pick-up
Onsite registration will be available each day of the meeting. Please note: onsite payment will ONLY be available via credit card. Cash and checks will not be accepted for onsite registration.
Campus Map
The Campus Map is your resource for shuttle bus schedules and walking map between ACS hotels and The Moscone Center. It also includes technical session programming locations.
Childcare Onsite
Childcare will be available for parents and will be located in The Moscone Center during the meeting. Children must be 3 years or older, and pre-registration will be required.
Mobile App
Attendees are strongly encouraged to download the ACS Meetings & Events Mobile App for quick access to the meeting program. The app allows you to build your onsite schedule, search for exhibitors, and navigate using the maps feature.
PLEASE NOTE: The mobile app is intended for onsite use only and does not sync with the virtual meeting platform itinerary.

A few tips for a successful virtual meeting experience
ACS ID
In order to register and attend the virtual meeting, you will need a free ACS ID. If you don’t already have one, you can easily create an ACS ID. Users MUST log in using the ACS ID and credentials used for registration. For ACS ID support, please contact ACS Membership Services by email.
Meeting platform
Access the platform early. The meeting platform is available to explore. We strongly encourage registrants to log in, look around, and use the system checker tools to ensure the best experience throughout the meeting.
Use an optimal browser

Clear your cache
Be sure to clear your browser cache. The log in page can get sticky, and we want you to sail smoothly through. For reference, we’ve created this quick guide (PDF) to help for PC or MAC users.
Prepare to access Zoom
The technical sessions will take place in Zoom – make sure to prepare to access Zoom. If your company or agency blocks Zoom, please contact ACS Membership Services.
