Government Discounts
A limited number of hotel rooms are available at the current federal per diem rate. If you are an active United States federal government employee and wish to secure a federal per diem rate, please contact the ACS Housing Bureau at acshousing@spargoinc.com. Please note, government identification is required upon check-in at the hotel.
Housing Rebate Disclosure
The negotiated/contracted rates for ACS hotels may contain a rebate back to ACS in an effort to offset convention expenses.
Any guest room(s) reserved outside the contracted ACS hotel block may be subject to a rebate in an effort to offset convention expenses.
Official Housing Provider
SPARGO, Inc. is the only official housing provider for ACS Spring 2025. Individuals unaffiliated with ACS or SPARGO, Inc. may entice prospective attendees into securing hotel rooms through illegal, third-party websites. Sometimes these rooms are non-existent. Please be on the lookout for these suspicious emails and fraudulent websites. If you are contacted by any company other than ACS or SPARGO, Inc. offering hotel rooms or if you have any questions, please contact the ACS Housing Bureau at acshousing@spargoinc.com

Booking Housing
Book before February 28. 2025, to guarantee the ACS discounted rate!
In order to receive the ACS discounted rate, reservations must be made through the ACS Official Housing Bureau, SPARGO, Inc.
Reservations are made through the Official ACS Housing Booking Website beginning December 12, 2024.
Reservations are on a first-come, first-served basis. After March 4, 2025, please contact the hotel directly to make a reservation. Hotel availability cannot be guaranteed and may be at a higher rate.

Housing Payment
A valid deposit for one night’s room and tax is required to confirm a reservation.
- Guarantee hotel reservations by credit card (American Express, MasterCard, or VISA).
- Don’t combine hotel fees with any other payment (e.g., registration, membership dues).
- Payment will be processed by your hotel, not SPARGO, Inc.
- Note: SPARGO, Inc. will forward payment information to hotels starting on February 28, 2025.
- A form of payment will need to be presented at the time of check-in to settle the remaining balance of the hotel room stay. The hotel will not charge the credit card supplied at that time of booking for the remaining balance.
Some hotels charge a deposit of one nights’ room and tax to your credit card prior to your arrival. If you wish to prepay your stay, please contact the hotel after March 4, 2025. All rooms are subject to a daily room tax of 12.5% (taxes and fees vary by hotel and subject to change).

Hotel Cancellations
- See your confirmation email for a link to make changes to or cancel your reservation. You can also call toll-free +1-571-583-0728 or International +1-888-521-8588 or email the ACS Housing Bureau at acshousing@spargoinc.com.
- Within 72 hours of arrival date: Cancellations must be made at least three (3) days prior to your scheduled arrival date or a cancellation fee equivalent to one (1) night's room rate and tax will be charged to the credit card on file.
