Moffitt Cancer Center and Research Institute is proud to be the first Florida’s National Cancer Institute-designated Comprehensive Cancer Center. The research interest of the lab is to study the structures, regulation, and therapeutic targeting of p53 tumor suppressor pathway for cancer treatment. Ongoing work involves development of novel PROTACs, targeting of temperature-sensitive mutant p53, transcription potential of mutant p53, MDMX regulation of Wnt signaling.
