Plan an Event ACS Fall 2024
ACS Fall 2024 will be held August 18-22, 2024, in Denver, CO.
Ai Requestor is open for ACS Fall 2024 requests. The deadline to enter event requests is Friday, May 10. After this date, a late fee of $200 may be applied to your event confirmation.
If you are planning an in-person event in Denver, you can access Ai Requestor to submit logistics for your event by the appropriate deadlines listed below.
If you will be planning only a virtual event with no physical space in Denver, please do not complete the space request form. Virtual event information needs to be entered in a separate form available online in the coming weeks.

| May 10 | All meeting room requests are due and the Ai Requestor closes. |
| May 22 | Event venue assignments and menus are available. Access the Ai Requestor to submit your F&B requests. |
| June 3 | Final deadline to enter F&B in Ai Requestor. |
| June 19 | Final confirmations with confirmed room name, detailed logistics including expected attendance begin going out from Ai system. |
| June 26 | All changes from this point forward must be made on-site. Additional charges may apply. |
