Onsite Registration & Badge Pick-up
Badge pick-up is available at the Denver International Airport (DEN) starting on Friday, August 16. Onsite registration and badge pick-up will begin on Saturday, August 17, at 7:00 AM Mountain Time (MT) at the Hyatt Regency Denver and the Colorado Convention Center.
Please note that only credit cards will be accepted for onsite registration payments. Cash and checks will not be accepted for onsite registration.

Shuttle Bus Transportation
The ACS Campus Map is the go-to resource for complimentary shuttle bus schedules and a walking distance map between ACS hotels and the Colorado Convention Center. It also provides all the necessary information about technical session programming locations.
Parent Rooms and Child Care Onsite
Complimentary child care is available at the Colorado Convention Center for children aged 3 to 14 years. Parents must pre-register for child care services by August 9, 2024. Child care is available Sunday through Wednesday from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM and Thursday from 7:00 AM – 1:00 PM based on your registration.
Parent Rooms – there are a number of locations that offer privacy for nursing parents or any infant caregiver at the Colorado Convention Center. See the onsite information booth for location information.
ACS Member Lounge
Visit the Member Lounge during the meeting to engage, learn, and grow with your fellow ACS members. From Sunday, August 18, through Thursday, August 22, learn about ACS member benefits, receive complimentary giveaways, and explore ACS programs and services at the meeting.

Wellness Lounge & Pickleball in the Expo Hall
Take a break and rejuvenate in our Wellness Lounge, featuring an oxygen bar and professional massage therapists* with state-of-the-art massage chairs. Relax and recharge in a setting designed for your well-being. Just steps away, you’ll also find a pickleball court, perfect for a quick and fun game to boost your energy levels.

Attendees with Disabilities
Closed captioning will be provided for all oral technical sessions—live and on-demand—as well as for all Keynote sessions. If you require special assistance during the meeting please indicate this when registering. You may also reach out to service@acs.org with questions or assistance needs.

We encourage in-person meeting attendees to download the ACS Meetings & Events Mobile App for quick access to the meeting program to build your onsite schedule, search for exhibitors, and navigate using the maps feature.
A few tips for a successful virtual meeting experience
ACS ID
In order to register and attend the virtual meeting, you will need a free ACS ID. If you don’t already have one, you can easily create an ACS ID. Users MUST log in using the ACS ID and credentials used for registration. For ACS ID support, please contact ACS Membership Services by email.
Meeting platform
Access the platform early. The meeting platform is available to explore. We strongly encourage registrants to log in, look around, and use the system checker tools to ensure the best experience throughout the meeting.
Use an optimal browser
The meeting platform runs best from a computer using Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, and Safari. Please note: Third party cookie blocking may limit some of the platform features.
Clear your cache
Be sure to clear your browser cache. The log in page can get sticky, and we want you to sail smoothly through. For reference, we’ve created this quick guide (PDF) to help for PC or MAC users.
Prepare to access Zoom
The technical sessions will take place in Zoom – make sure to prepare to access Zoom. If your company or agency blocks Zoom, please contact ACS Membership Services.
