Executive Vice President for Human Resources

Selyn Hong is the Executive Vice President for Human Resources. In this role, she leads the organization's people strategy, overseeing talent management, workforce planning, and human resource operations. She is passionate about driving a positive employee experience and fostering an inclusive workplace culture.

Selyn has over 16 years of combined human resources and employment law experience. Selyn joins ACS from NPR where she most recently served as Chief People Officer and, prior to that, Vice President of Human Resources. She has led and implemented initiatives, policies, and programs to foster diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging, employee well-being, and growth. Selyn started her career practicing law, specializing in labor and employment matters.

Selyn holds a Juris Doctor degree from Columbia Law School and a bachelor's degree in political science from Yale University. She also completed the Wharton Executive Education Chief Human Resources Program.
