Selyn Hong

Selyn Hong is the Executive Vice President for Human Resources at ACS. She leads initiatives to optimize organizational performance, setting ACS people strategy and overseeing talent management, workforce planning, and human resource operations.

Ms. Hong was previously the Chief People Officer at NPR, leading enterprise-wide initiatives in talent strategy, talent development, intentional culture design, and employee well-being. Before transitioning into HR, she practiced labor and employment law for over a decade, advising global organizations across multiple industries on complex workforce issues.

Ms. Hong earned her bachelor’s degree in political science from Yale University and her Juris Doctor degree from Columbia Law School. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, trying new foods, and learning new things.
