Selyn Hong is the Executive Vice President for Human Resources. In this role, she leads initiatives to optimize organizational performance, setting the organization’s people strategy and overseeing talent management, workforce planning, and human resource operations. Passionate about cultivating high-performing, engaged teams and fostering an inclusive workplace, Selyn is focused on ensuring HR is a strategic driver of business success.

With nearly 20 years of HR and labor & employment law experience, Selyn brings a blend of HR leadership and labor & employment law expertise to her role. Prior to her current role, Selyn served as Chief People Officer at NPR, leading enterprise-wide initiatives in talent strategy, talent development, intentional culture design, and employee well-being. Before transitioning into HR leadership, she practiced labor & employment law for over a decade, advising global organizations across multiple industries on complex workforce issues.

Selyn holds a Juris Doctor degree from Columbia Law School and a bachelor’s degree in political science from Yale University. She also completed the Wharton Executive Education Chief Human Resources Program, designed to equip HR executives with the strategic and financial knowledge to engage as full business leaders.
