Started as a Research chemist at Kodak, quickly moved to a business job  leading to a business manager position, left job to start CiVentiChem, a premier CRO lab in RTP, North Carolina, grown the business in Cary, NC and Hyderabad, India. Has been working as a career consultant past 20 years, served as Chair of NC local section, currently serve as a councilor and CEPA committee member. Currently serve as a board of Director at North Carolina Biotechnology Center, as a Trustee at North Carolina A&T University. Presented ACS Career works shops. A successful entrepreneur and Passionate about helping fellow chemists.
