Felicia Lucci

Felicia Lucci is a Technology Manager in the Industrial Efficiency and Decarbonization Office (IEDO) at the Department of Energy. She currently manages RD&D projects and stakeholder engagement related to decarbonization and manufacturing of the chemicals sectors. As a PhD chemist, she has technical and policy expertise in optimizing energy for manufacturing while reducing carbon dioxide emissions. Through her work with Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory, U.S. Senate, and Departments of Energy and State, she has experience across the energy-environmental paradigm from energy-rich North Dakota to environmentally progressive California.
