I previously worked for Xerox Research in Webster New York.  I moved up my rank from individual contributor to project leader to program/platform manager.  I have extensive people and project management experiences.  Throughout my career, I was able to maintain a healthy balance between fundamental research and technology/product development.  This is evident by my publication record, namely more than 120 peered review papers and over 118 granted US patents.  I am still active in various professional conferences.  Currently, I am specialized in surfaces and coatings, Nanotechnology, and advanced materials for flexible electronics and green technologies.
