How has ACS Scholars impacted your life and career?
I never thought I would become a chemistry teacher! Thinking back, I've always been fortunate to have incredible chemistry teachers. Being honored as an ACS Scholar opened doors for me to attend ACS meetings and motivated me to work toward paying forward the support that was given to me. I'm happy to have the opportunity in my current position to help undergraduates see the amazing chemistry all around us!
