Organizing an event during the 247th ACS National Meeting & Exposition in Dallas?  The following resources will help ACS divisions, committees, exhibitors and staff to arrange events for the meeting.

Important Notices

  • VEMS. For all late meeting requests, please fill out the meeting room requests forms below and e-mail them to VEMShelp@acs.org as soon as possible.
  • A $200 late fee will be applied to all requests received after November 8, 2013. The late fee will appear on the final confirmation. If you have any questions regarding this fee, please contact Vanessa Johnson-Evans at 202-872-4553.

    Please note: Recently, the name of the Dallas Convention Center has been changed to the Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center.  However, because the previous name of the Dallas Convention Center is well-known and easily identifiable in our systems, the ACS will refer to the Center as the Dallas Convention Center (DCC) within all meeting material.

Workshop Request. Use this form to arrange a workshop that is not part of the technical program and/or requires separate fees from ACS National Meeting registration.
