What do you love about your job?
Educating the next generation of leaders.
What has been the most exciting part of your career so far?
Teaching first-year students about Communication studies. First year students are so open and optimistic.
What would you tell yourself at age 18?
You are just ending the first “quarter” of the game of Life. Relax. No game has ever been won in the first quarter. You have a lot more left in your journey of life.
How has ACS Scholars impacted your life and career?
Yes. It helped pay for my college degree. My degree allowed for me to enter a Masters program six months after graduation.
