News highlights from ACS Fall 2023

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

WASHINGTON, Aug. 3, 2023 — The American Chemical Society (ACS) is hosting ACS Fall 2023, its virtual and in-person meeting on “Harnessing the Power of Data.” Journalists who register for ACS Fall 2023 will have access to about 12,000 presentations.

Presentation topics are vast and include the following symposia, among many others:

  • Adapting Agricultural Chemistry and Practices to a Changing Climate.
  • Advances and Perspectives of Cannabis Research in Medicinal Chemistry, Analysis and Bioanalysis.
  • Advancing Gender Equity in Science.
  • Artificial Intelligence Applications for Food and Agriculture.

ACS Fall 2023 is a hybrid meeting, being held virtually and in-person in San Francisco on Aug. 13-17. Journalists are invited to request press credentials and receive complimentary registration. Reporters and public information officers at government, nonprofit and educational institutions can request press credentials by completing this form. ACS reserves the right to refuse press credentials for any reason.
