ACS Presidential Outreach Event

The Committee on Community Activities and local volunteers have organized this outreach event for the general public. The event will feature hands-on activities to promote this year’s Chemists Celebrate Earth Week Theme - The Chemistry of Paper - and share reasons why chemists love the periodic table.

Chemistry Teacher's Day Program

The Division of Chemical Education will host a symposium focused on middle and high school chemistry education with a segment on the American Association of Chemistry Teachers (AACT) and the IYPT!

Periodic Table Trivia with C&EN and ACS on Campus

3:00-6:00 PM | Main Event Entertainment, 9101 International Drive, Suite 1032 (offsite)

Come join a fun night with quizzes and games about the periodic table! This trivia night is aimed at the younger members of the chemical sciences community. Besides the event itself, C&EN is planning to record a trivia night and use parts of it as a Stereo Chemistry podcast, to be released later in April. A teaser quiz will be released during the first week of April to promote the live event.
